60A-1.046

Emergency Purchases (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

This revises the rule to address the changes made by Section 5, 2013-154, Laws of Florida.  These changes remove any requirement for an agency head to certify under oath the need for an emergency purchase. The revisions incorporate form PUR 7800 related to 60A-1.046, but is optional.

SUBJECT:

Emergency purchases by agencies of commodities or contractual services.
