61E1-2.001

Written Examination; General Requirements

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rule amendments are to update and revise Rule 61E1-2.001, F.A.C., to clarify existing language, incorporate forms by reference, and remove unnecessary language.

SUBJECT:

The subject area to be addressed is Rule 61E1-2.001, F.A.C., relating to the General Requirements for the Written Examination of asbestos consultant and contractor licensure, in order to update and revise the rules to clarify existing language, incorporate forms by reference, and remove unnecessary language.
