PURPOSE:

The purpose of this rulemaking is to add and amend incorporated department forms, and to update the penalty rule for statutory compliance with chapter 507, Florida Statutes.

SUBJECT:

New Moving Broker Registration Application, updated Mover (Intrastate) Registration Application and the penalty rule.
