To update and clarify the existing rules, and to adopt new rule 25-12.100, F.A.C., establishing civil penalties for violation of the Gas Safety Law of 1967, and rules issued thereunder, as required by Section 368.061, F.S., as amended in the 2024 Legislative Session by Ch. 2024-167, Laws of Florida.
