5J-15.001

Registration

PURPOSE:

The purpose of this rulemaking is to amend a form incorporated by reference and to provide guidance to applicants seeking a military fee waiver in compliance with 2018 legislative changes and the household moving services law.

SUBJECT:

Updated FDACS-10960, Household Moving Services Registration Application and military waiver of initial and renewal registration fee for certain individuals.
