Military Fee Waiver

PURPOSE:

The purpose of this rulemaking is to amend a form incorporated by reference and to provide guidance to applicants seeking a military fee waiver in compliance with ch. 2018-7, Laws of Florida.

SUBJECT:

Updated FDACS-10991, Military Fee Waiver Request and rule related to military waiver of initial and renewal registration fee for certain individuals.
