PURPOSE:

Chapter 14-22 is being amended to revise requirements for applying for and issuing a certificate of qualification to contractors in accordance with Chapter 2021-188, s. 10, Laws of Florida.

SUBJECT:

Qualification rules for contractors bidding on Department construction contracts regarding expiration of the certificate of qualification, the ability factor of the applicant and the maximum capacity rating of the applicant.
