PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of this rule development will be to amend rules that need to be amended to increase efficiency and internal consistency by adopting federal regulations by reference, and updating forms.

SUBJECT:

The subject areas to be addressed include the used oil management regulations in Chapter 62-710, F.A.C. The following rule chapters will also be part of this workshop: Chapter 62-730, and Rule Section 62-737.400, F.A.C. The agenda and preliminary draft rule will be available at http://www.dep.state.fl.us/waste/categories/hwRegulation/pages/ProgramDev.htm by October 12th or by contacting the person listed below.
