5G-6.013

Guidelines for Imposing Administrative Penalties

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the proposed rulemaking is to adopt procedures and forms to hold or stop the sale of tomatoes that do not meet the requirements of Florida Rules, Chapter 5G-6, F.A.C. and to adopt procedures and forms to release such tomatoes once they have been found to be in compliance with Florida Rules, Chapter 5G-6, F.A.C.

SUBJECT:

The handling of tomatoes that do not meet the requirements of Florida Rules, Chapter 5G-6, F.A.C., by Department personnel.
