Commission Approval and Accreditation of Advanced Building Code Training Courses (Transferred)

PURPOSE:

To provide substantive elements of revocation of approval by the Commission to serve as a building code education course accreditor; specifically, define grounds for revocation of approval as a course accreditor and a preliminary investigatory process to be undertaken in advance of initiation of administrative proceedings.

SUBJECT:

Revocation of approval to serve as an accreditor of building code education courses.
