PURPOSE:

The purpose of the amendments to Rule 12D-16.002, F.A.C. (Index to Forms) is to remove obsolete Forms DR-418, Economic Development Ad Valorem Property Tax Exemption; DR-418E, Enterprise Zone Ad Valorem Property Tax Exemption – Child Care Facility Application for Exemption Certification; and DR-456, Notice of New, Rebuilt, or Expanded Property, previously used to administer property tax exemptions under the Florida Enterprise Zone Act, by section 290.016, F.S., effective December 31, 2021, for purposes of administering local incentive programs.

SUBJECT:

Removal of obsolete forms previously used to administer enterprise zone property tax exemptions.
