Military Qualifications for Waiver of Commercial Driver License Skills Test

PURPOSE:

Pursuant to an amendment to section 322.57, Florida Statutes, the Department proposes to amend Rule 15A-7.018 to allow servicemembers and veterans who meet certain criteria to waive the Commercial Driver License Skills Test.
