PURPOSE:

To update rules to be consistent with section 381.0101, Florida Statutes, incorporate fair and consistent verbiage to standards of practice and disciplinary guidelines, eliminate duplicative language, and increase clarity of rule.

SUBJECT:

Definitions, requirements for certification, standards of practice, disciplinary guidelines, and other matters related to the certification of environmental health professionals.
