PURPOSE:

The purpose of this rule development is to revise the Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan format to comply with Chapter 2006-71, Laws of Florida and to update the rules and forms pursuant to Chapter 2006-192, Laws of Florida

SUBJECT:

Emergency management plan minimum criteria, application forms, deletion of items from rule that are now in Chapter 2006-192, Laws of Florida.
