RULE:

64B32-6.004

Procedures for Approval of Attendance at Continuing Education Courses

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes an amendment updating and clarifying the rule for approved continuing education. The date of approval of courses and providers has been removed. Rule language has been revised accordingly and is consistent with the statutory authority for the rule.

SUBJECT:

Removes constraining and obsolete dates.
