Election Eligibility List

PURPOSE:

Section 119.071(4)(d), F.S., exempts home addresses of certain personnel from inspection or copying. The proposed rule amendment instructs a public employer to provide the work addresses rather than home addresses for the personnel listed in Section 119.071(4)(d), F.S., on an election eligibility list.
