61G5-32.001

Continuing Education

PURPOSE:

Continuing education providers are required to submit proof electronically to DBPR that a licensee has taken a course. Section 455.2178(1), Florida Statutes, was recently amended to provide a specific time period within which the providers must submit the proof. The amendment conforms the rule to the specific time period provided by the statute.
