6M-9.205

Merger of Early Learning Coalitions

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the proposed rule is to implement the authority of Florida’s Office of Early Learning (OEL) to adopt procedures for merging early learning coalitions.

SUBJECT:

The proposed rule will establish requirements related to the process of determining which coalitions should merge and obtaining the approval of mergers from the Office.
