PURPOSE:

The purpose of this proposed rule revision is to effect pollution reduction through the implementation of vegetable and agronomic crop best management practices which provide a presumption of compliance with applicable state water quality standards.  The effect will be the adoption of an updated best management practices manual for Florida vegetable and agronomic crop producers.

SUBJECT:

The proposed rule revision will address the development and implementation of updated best management practices for the Florida vegetable and agronomic crop industry.
