PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rule development is to establish or revise the rule provisions during calendar year 2019 associated with the use of motorboats on certain waters, use of tracked vehicles in the South Region, vehicular access on Eleven-Mile Road in Big Cypress Wildlife Management Area, and vehicle regulation for Everglades Holiday Park.

SUBJECT:

The subject area covered in the proposed rule includes the use of motor boats on certain waters; use of tracked vehicles in the South Region; vehicular access on Eleven-Mile Road in Big Cypress Wildlife Management Area; and vehicle regulation for Everglades Holiday Park.
