RULE:

68-1.010

General Regulations Relating to Licenses, Permits and Other Authorizations

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of this rule amendment would be to move the text of Rule 68A-5.004 to 68-1.010 F.A.C., in order to clarify that the subject matter addressed in the rule applies to Title 68, F.A.C. The text will be edited for clarity, but the purpose and effect of the rules are the same.
