PURPOSE:

The department is proposing to amend Rule 62-204.800, F.A.C., to incorporate the May 10, 2006 federal changes to the Emission Guidelines for Existing Large Municipal Waste Combustors and provide associated compliance schedules. There is no draft rule language available at this time; however, it is expected the department will post draft rule language at the following web site by February 16, 2007: http://www.dep.state.fl.us/Air/rules/regulatory.htm.
