Requirements and Management Standards for Handlers and Transporters of Spent Universal Waste Lamps and Devices

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of this rule development will be to amend rules identified in the Department's 2018-2019 Regulatory Plan as needing to be amended to increase efficiency and improve coordination with other programs by adopting an updated form.

SUBJECT:

The subject areas to be addressed in this rulemaking include the management of spent mercury-containing lamps and devices destined for recycling in Chapter 62-737, F.A.C.
