PURPOSE:

The purpose of the proposed rule amendments is to add additional language; incorporate conflict of interest language into this rule chapter, which is currently included in Rule Chapter 58L-2, F.A.C.; and develop three new rules for definitions, complaint procedures and administrative assessments, including three forms incorporated by reference.

SUBJECT:

The proposed rule amendments and new rules address confidentiality and disclosure of information, access to information, conflict of interest, definitions, complaint procedures, and administrative assessments, including three forms incorporated by reference.
