Standards for Unaccompanied Alien Children Homes and Unaccompanied Refugee Minor Programs

PURPOSE:

The Department intends to create this new rule to establish standards applicable to residential child-caring agencies, child-placing agencies, and family foster homes seeking to provide services for Unaccompanied Alien Children (UAC) and Unaccompanied Refugee Minors (URM). These standards are in addition to licensing requirements pertaining to the type of license sought.
