62S-5.001	Definitions

PURPOSE:

Delete definition of a federal form; delete requirement to submit federal form with grant application; revise number and type of application copies required; indicate a maximum Indirect Cost rate; clarify where projects may be located; and add that the Department is included in final decision on whether or not to fund a project.
