PURPOSE:

The purpose of the proposed rule amendments is to incorporate the most recent edition of the National Electrical Safety Code. As Rule 25-4.036, F.A.C., is incorporated by reference into Rules 25-24.585, 25-24.740 and 25-24.835, F.A.C., the draft amendments to Rule 25-4.036, F.A.C., also effect shared tenant service companies, alternative access vendor service companies, and competitive local exchange companies. Undocketed.

SUBJECT:

National Electric Safety Code standards pertaining to the design and construction of telecommunications facilities by incumbent local exchange companies, shared tenant service companies, alternative access vendor service companies, and competitive local exchange companies.
