RULE:

9B-70.001	Building Code Core Education (Repealed)
9B-70.002	Commission Approval and Accreditation of Advanced Building Code Training Courses (Transferred)

PURPOSE:

To address needed clarifications in the structure of the rule, technical changes, qualifications for accessibility course accreditors, course auditing, and actions by the Commission for failure to comply with the requirements in law and rule.

SUBJECT:

Integration of Education Program elements with revised Building Code Information System specifically relating to course development, submission, and approval.
