Department Review of District Water Management Plans

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the proposed amendments to Rule 62-40.530, F.A.C., is to provide for the Department review of water management district annual strategic plans.

SUBJECT:

The proposed rule amendment requires that the water management districts submit their strategic plans to the Department for review.
