62-4.050

Procedures to Obtain Permits and Other Authorizations; Applications

PURPOSE:

The Department is initiating additional rulemaking to establish a processing fee for an application for an Environmental Resource Permit for Water Quality Enhancement Areas. This notice supplements corresponding notices of rule development to implement s. 373.4134, F.S., for rules in Chapters 62-330 and 62-332, F.A.C., to revise and establish an Environmental Resource Permit for Water Quality Enhancement Areas.

SUBJECT:

he Department is proposing to amend Rule 62-4.050, F.A.C., to establish a processing fee for a Water Quality Enhancement Area permit application under the Environmental Resource Permitting (ERP) program.
