5B-57.007	Noxious Weed List
5B-57.011	Non-Native Species Planting Permits

PURPOSE:

The proposed rule is being developed to incorporate four new noxious weeds on the Noxious Weed List and to add an exemption for a specific algae-like organism from non-native permitting requirements.  Both of the changes have undergone scientific review and are well justified.
