Standards for the Prescribing of Controlled Substances for the Treatment of Acute Pain

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes the rule amendment to perform a comprehensive review of the rule to determine if there are any needed necessary changes or updates and to determine if there are any necessary changes based on the enactment of Chapter 2018-13, Laws of Florida (HB 21).
