40B-4.1140

Limiting Conditions on Permits

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the rule development is to update this section of Chapter 40B-4, Florida Administrative Code, to amend a limiting condition on permits as it pertains to operation and maintenance of stormwater systems. The effect of the proposed rule amendments will be to establish a more efficient system relating to operation and maintenance inspections of stormwater systems.

SUBJECT:

This proposed rule development will amend a limiting condition on permits as it pertains to operation and maintenance inspections of stormwater systems by requiring maintenance to be completed once it is discovered that such maintenance is necessary. The amended rule will also require that a maintenance report shall be filed within 15 days of completion.
