PURPOSE:

The Board proposes an amendment that updates the rules for clarity, efficiency, and the enhancement of health and safety.

The proposed rule addresses Definition of “Supervision” for Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy and Mental Health Counseling; Qualified Supervisor Definitions and Duties; and Conflict of Interest in Supervision.
