Amending rule to change all references to tax, taxes, excise tax or excise taxes to assessment(s) due to the 2012 Legislative rewrite of Chapter 601.

SUBJECT:

2012 Legislative rewrite of Chapter 601 regarding the change of "tax" to "assessment."
