Drug Testing for Temporary Cash Assistance Applicants (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The proposed rule is required to comply with Section 414.0652, F.S. The rule adopts and implements drug testing as a condition of eligibility for the Temporary Cash Assistance Program.
