42GGG-1.002

Boundary

PURPOSE:

The Petition filed with the Commission proposes to amend the boundary of the Six Mile Creek Community Development District (CDD) located within St. Johns County.

SUBJECT:

The Petition requests addition of approximately 6.80 acres to the CDD boundaries.  The current boundary of the CDD consists of approximately 1,282.15 acres of land.
