PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rule amendment is to update and revise Rule 61L-2.012, F.A.C., to incorporate an updated Child Labor Law poster by reference.

SUBJECT:

This rule incorporates by reference forms, the mandatory poster, and federal regulations relating to the Child Labor Law and its associated rules and provides contact information for the public to obtain copies of these documents.
