PURPOSE:

The proposed amendments to Rule Chapter 691-5, F.A.C., are to implement the
legislative changes made to section 215.97, F.S., and to include the federal requirements of 2 CFR Part 200,
Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards; its related
Subpart F-Audit Requirements; and Appendix XI, Compliance Supplement. The Division is authorized to adopt
rules pursuant to its authority under section 215.97(4)(a), F.S.
