PURPOSE:

The Department proposes to review this Chapter to possibly promulgate changes to fees and add fees for new permits authorized by the Florida Legislature.

SUBJECT:

The proposed amendment to Rule 64F-12.018, F.A.C., will change and add the permit fees currently established by Rule 64F-12.018, F.A.C.
