PURPOSE:

The Commission proposes the development of rule amendments to address changes to the complaint process; to address additional violations that can be considered minor violations; and to address changes regarding criteria and requirements for expedited hearings.

The procedure and forms for filing a complaint with the Commission; changes to the rule regarding minor violations; and the criteria and requirements for expedited hearings.
