PURPOSE:

To address the renewal of qualified institutions authorization to participate in Florida's reciprocity agreement by the Postsecondary Reciprocal Distance Education Coordinating Council and clarify elements of the rule.

SUBJECT:

Interstate reciprocity for authorization of particular postsecondary educational institutions to provide distance educational services.
