61G20-2.001

Commission Organization and Operations

PURPOSE:

Chapter 2020-160, Laws of Florida, changed the composition of the Commission and removed the appointed chairman position. The Commission intends to open this rule for development in order to change its operational procedures to provide for the selection of a chairman.
