RULE:

69K-16.0001

State Examination for Funeral Industry Professionals

PURPOSE:

It would be clearer if the Department’s examination was referred to uniformly as the “Florida Law & Rules Exam” which is both a less wordy alternative to “the examination prepared and administered by the Department of Financial Services as set forth in Rule 69K-16.0001” and is an existing defined term in Rule 69K-18.002, F.A.C.  The proposed amendments will update the rule to incorporate the defined term for the Department’s Florida Law & Rules Exam.

SUBJECT:

This chapter sets forth examinations that must be taken by funeral industry professionals in order to obtain various licenses.
