69O-197.001	Insurance Administrators (Transferred)

PURPOSE:

A new rule is created for the application for a certificate of authority as an insurance administrator and the annual statement of an insurance administrator is amended to update the form.  Additional rules are created to implement Chapter 2023-29, Laws of Florida.
