Certificates of Exemption and Exempt Status

PURPOSE:

This rule covers application procedures to apply for exemption from licensure as a health care clinic. The Agency proposes to update and clarify language on the application incorporated into this rule to align with current licensure procedures.

The Application for Certificate of Exemption from Licensure as a Health Care Clinic will be updated.
