RULE:

69K-5.012

Application and Renewal Procedures for Broker of Burial Rights License

PURPOSE:

The proposed rulemaking implements the statutory changes made by Chapter 2026-174, Laws of Florida. The rulemaking will update the application procedures and requirements for licensure, incorporated materials, and the Rulemaking Authority and Law Implemented Sections.

SUBJECT:

This rulemaking will address application for licensure and application for licensure renewal procedures and requirements.
