Florida Building Code Adopted

PURPOSE:

Senate Bill 1526 (2024), House Bill 267 (2024), House Bill 535 (2024), and House Bill 1021 (2024) made changes to statutory provisions which are included in or addressed by the Florida Building Code. In order to reflect these changes, the Florida Building Commission must amend the Code.

SUBJECT:

Changes to statutorily-derived building code provisions.
