PURPOSE:

To update the reference materials in Rules 5J-7.004, 5J-7.009, 5J-7.010, 5J-7.011, and 5J-7.012 F.A.C., to implement statutory changes and general cleanup; to incorporate a new form in Rule 5J-7.004, F.A.C., to implement statutory changes; and to provide consistency in reporting requirements for multi-year campaigns in Rule 5J-7.012, F.A.C.

SUBJECT:

Updated Solicitation of Contributions Registration Application, updated Professional Solicitors Registration Application, updated Professional Fundraising Consultant Registration Application, updated Notice of Commencement of Solicitation, updated Professional Solicitors Financial Report of Campaign, incorporated Exempt Charitable Organizations/Sponsors Application; and amended professional solicitors timeframe for reporting financial documents.
