RULE:

63H-2.003

Contracted Residential Staff (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The period for completing annual in-service training for contracted residential staff is amended so that it corresponds with similar provisions elsewhere in the rule.

SUBJECT:

The amendment requires annunal in-service training for contracted residential staff each calendar year, rather than imposing the requirement on the anniversary of hire.
